Cancellation Policy

Please give me at least 24 hours notice when needing to change or cancel your appointments.   Missed appointments will be charged for the full appointment and need to be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. I ask that you would give me the same courtesy and regard that you would your surgeon, dentist or family practitioner. 
This field of business is unique. If there is not adequate time given for a cancellation it may prevent another customer from filling that slot last minute. Therapists depend on each appointment showing up for our income. When a client does not call or show up that means loss of revenue, and it affects our personal lives. It could mean a chunk out of the grocery funds or something necessary for our children. Please be considerate.
